Serving Ideas

A lamb rack is an iconic cut that doesn’t need much more than salt & pepper to make it a delicious cut of meat. But add even more flavour by serving it with a dipping sauce or salsa to really impress your family and friends.

This Salsa Verde is packed full of flavour and will pair perfectly with lamb.

This Mint Pesto is also a great choice as a delicious dipping sauce.
