Also known as a Beef Tenderloin, this cut is boneless, consistently sized and always tender for a quick yet memorable eating experience.

The full eye fillet is removed in one piece from the full rump and loin and completely trimmed of fat.

Serving Ideas

Cut your eye fillet into single steaks and serve it up with a delicious blue cheese butter or try a flavourful Mediterranean salsa.
